摘要
以近年来国内外钻头水力学研究的文献为基础,论述了PDC钻头的水力学参数、井底流场和水力结构优化研究的最新进展,提出了研究中存在的问题和今后研究的方向。分析可知,PDC钻头水力参数的优选,趋向于使用较高的排量和较低的泵压;PDC钻头井底流场的模拟已逐渐由二维、单喷嘴的流动数值模拟发展到三维、旋转、非对称多喷嘴的流动数值模拟;钻头井底流场和试验已有机结合起来;PDC钻头井底流场的模拟,仍以清水为介质,没有考虑钻井液的黏度、井底岩屑和井底温度等对流场的影响。PDC钻头水力学研究仍处于一个定性阶段,对PDC钻头水力学状态的量化是今后研究工作的重点。
Abstract
Based on Literature in recent years of Bit Hydraulics at home and abroad, this paper addresses the latest developments of hydraulic parameters of PDC bits, bottom flow field and the progress of hydraulic optimization, proposing research problems and future research directions. Analysis shows that optimization of hydraulic parameters of PDC bits tend to use higher displacement and lower pumping pressure; the bits bottom flow field simulation Has been gradually shifting from two-dimensional, single-nozzle flow numerical simulation developed to a three-dimensional, rotating, non-symmetric multi-nozzle flow numerical simulation; bits bottom flow field has organically combined with experiments; PDC bits bottom flow field simulation use water as the medium, leaving the influence of flow field by the viscosity of drilling fluid, bottom debris and the bottom temperature out of account. The Hydraulics Research on PDC bit still at a qualitative stage. the quantification of PDC bit hydraulics is the focus of future research work.
