摘要
确定不同参数下割缝筛管的抗挤压强度的变化趋势是合理设计割缝筛管的重要依据。利用CATIA软件,根据弹塑性有限元法建立了不同参数下割缝筛管强度分析的空间力学模型,该模型可以通过任意改变尺寸参数,对其抗挤压强度进行综合因素的有限元力学分析。结果表明:缝长是影响割缝筛管抗挤压强度的主要因素,在缝数和缝宽一定的情况下,随着缝长的增大抗挤压强度降低,不同缝长,降低的程度不同;在其他参数不变的情况下,缝间距变化对割缝筛管的抗挤压强度系数影响很小。研究结果为合理地选择割缝筛管的设计参数、提高其使用寿命提供了一定的理论依据。
Abstract
The important issue of appropriate slotted liner design is determining the collapsing strength changing trend of the slotted liner under different parameters. Steric mechanical model of slotted liner strength was established with different parameters as per elastoplasticity finite element method by using CATIC software. Finite element analysis on the comprehensive factors of slotted liner collapsing strength can be completed through changing any size input in the model. The results show that the primary effect factor of slotted liner collapsing strength is the length of slots, with same amout of slots and same slot width, slotted liner collapsing strength decreases as the length of slots increasing, the decreasing rate vary with different slot length. The slots space has a little influence on the collapsing strength of the slotted liner if other parameters are same. The research results provide theoretical criterion for slotted liner designing parameters selection and working life improvement.
