摘要
目前油田矿场主要根据井斜角来确定防偏磨扶正器下入位置,实际上方位角变化也能导致偏磨,抽油杆杆柱在运动过程中直井段和稳斜段也会产生偏磨。鉴于此,应用三维可视化技术并结合杆柱运动力学模型,虚拟油井杆管偏磨点,以此为基础设计扶正器下入位置和数量,为油井扶正器设计提供了有效的工具。
Abstract
At present, the location of the anti-lopsided wear centralizer used in fields is mainly based on the deviation angle. In fact, lopsided wear may be caused by the change of azimuth angle or by the vertical well section and hold angle section during the working of the bucket rod. In this paper, combined with the roof bolt kinetics model, the lopsided wear technique is used to virtual the lopsided wear point. On this basis, the number and location of the centralizer will be determined, providing effective tool for the design of well centralizer.
