Research and application of new carboxymethyl fracture fluid

根据SY/T 5107-2005《水基压裂液性能评价方法》,全面评价了新型羧甲基压裂液在70 ℃条件下的流变性与伤害特征,结果显示了其高弹性、高悬砂性及低稠化剂使用浓度、低基液黏度、低伤害的“二高三低”性能,明显优于常规羟丙基瓜胶压裂液,可满足长庆白豹油田储层压裂地质特征的要求。通过对袁27-15井、袁30-15井的优化设计,首次在国内实施了羧甲基压裂液的现场施工,压后试油产量分别为24 t/d和15.6 t/d,为该区平均压裂试油产量的2~3倍,改造效果显著,表明新型羧甲基压裂液对特低渗油藏的适应性更好。
Rheological behavior and damage characteristics of the new carboxymethyl fracture fluid under 70 ℃ are evaluated in this paper, according to SY/T 5107-2005 Performance Evaluation of Water-based Fracturing Fluid. Results show so-called two higher and three lower characteristics of higher elasticity, higher sand carrying ability, and lower concentration of thickener, lower viscosity of based fluid, lower damage. These properties are obviously better than those of usually used hydroxypropyl guar gum fracture fluids. Therefore, the new fracture fluid is suitable to fracturing geological features of Baibao district in Changqing Oilfield. Through the optimal design of Yuan 27-15 well and Yuan 30-15 well, the new carboxymethyl fracture fluid was used for fracturing for the first time in China. The test oil output of the wells is 24 t/d and 15.6t/d respectively after fracturing, which is 2 to 3 times higher than the average output of the district. It proves that the new carboxymethyl fracture fluid can be better used for ultra low permeability reservoirs.
