为了探讨井下纠斜控制的客观规律,基于自动垂直钻井工具原理样机,开展了井斜自动控制的实验研究。通过分析基于重力加速度计的井斜测量?理,并结合样机纠斜机构的工作原理,提出了对各纠斜机构的工作区域进行合理划分的实施方法,并根据该方法以及借助虚拟仪器技术实现了在原理样机上的井斜实时控制系统的开发。借助该套系统,目前已可实现不小于0.15°的井斜控制精度。
  Experimental study is conducted on automatic well inclination control, by using the automatic vertical drilling tool principle prototype. Through analyzing the principle of inclination measurement based on gravity accelerometer and combining the work principle of prototype inclination mechanism, the method by which each inclination mechanism’s working area is rightly divided is proposed, as well as the well inclination real-tine control system is developed by using the method and virtual instruments technique. By the system, the well inclination precision has reached no less than 0.15° currently.
