库车坳陷山前构造地质情况非常复杂,其中下第三系地层在钻井施工时常遇到不同程度的井漏,针对不同的漏失原因选择合适的堵漏方法是解决井漏事故的关键。对下第三系地层漏失井的漏失工况、地层岩性、漏失通道进行统计分析,找到了该地层造成诱导裂缝漏失和渗透性漏失的主要?因是由于地层破碎严重,加之钻井液密度过高常压破地层。针对不同漏失?因总结了该地区所应用的堵漏方法,分析了不同堵漏方法的优缺点,将优选出的堵漏方法成功应用到实际堵漏施工中取得了较好的效果,为该构造带的防漏堵漏提供了参考。
Geology of piedmont structure is extremely complicated in kuqa depression. During the drilling, lost circulation in various degrees often occurs in Paleogene formation. Therefore to find a suitable method for plugging the leakage caused by different reasons is essential for the solution of lost circulation. In this paper we first made a statistical analysis of absorption wells in Paleogene about working condition, lithology and leakage path. And it is revealed that the main reasons leading to permeable and fissured loss in Paleogene are seriously broken stratum and over high drilling fluid density. The plugging methods for the stratum are selected in accordance with various causes, and the advantages and disadvantages of different plugging methods are analyzed as well. Application of the optimized method has obtained good result, laying a reference for lost circulation control in Kuqa Piedmont structural belt.
