自激谐振脉冲射流在玉门鸭945井的应用

玉门油田深井段钻速慢,特别是志留系地层,由于岩层压实程度高,受到井深的影响,压耗高,难以发挥高压喷射优势,使得深井段平均机速不到1 m/h,为此引进自激式谐振脉冲射流。它改变了传统的喷射作用,将连续射流转变成瞬间脉冲射流,降低了流量系数(0.6~0.8),增强了破岩效率,在保护钻头、增强井底清洗效果、提高机速等方面优势明显。介绍了水力脉冲钻井?理、脉冲射流选择、脉冲射流工作过程,在鸭945井志留系试验应用304.86 m,平均机速达1.73 m/h ,相比邻井提高(49~71)%,为玉门深井提速找到了新的突破口。
Silurian formation is buried deeply in Yumen oilfield,combined with the high compaction and high pressure loss, it is difficult to bring the high-pressure-jet advantage into play, thus the average ROP in deep section is hardly to reach 1m/h. So research is conducted on how to change the conventional jet effect, enhance the rock-breaking efficiency, lower the flowrate coefficient, and form instantaneous underpressure. The results show that the self-excited oscillation pulsed jet lowers flowrate coefficient to 0.6-0.8 by transforming the continuous jet current into instantaneous current, greatly strengthening the cleaning work in bottom hole. It has been used for the drilling of during Silurian formation of Ya 945 well at the depth of 304.86 m. With the average ROP being up to 1.73 m/h and improving 49% compared with offset wells, new breach for speed promotion in deep well drilling has been found in Yumen area.
