摘要
随着固井技术的发展,第1界面的固井质量基本满足勘探和采油生产的要求,但第2界面的固井质量由于各种条件的限制,一直未有突破性的提高。影响固井质量第2界面问题的根源是水泥—滤饼—地层三者之间的界面软弱组合层,因此,实现水泥—滤饼—地层三位一体的整体固化胶结是解决胜利油田固井第2界面问题的根本途径。基于滤饼转化凝饼理论分析了影响第2界面固井质量的主要原因,研究开发了提高第2界面固井质量的水泥浆体系和主要技术措施。介绍了滤饼转化凝饼理论的主要?理、研究过程以及在胜利油田的首次现场应用,为从根本上解决第2界面固井质量问题开辟了一条新的途径。
Abstract
Along with the development of cementing technology, the quality of the one-interface cementing can meet the requirement of exploration and production. However, the quality of two-interface cementing has not been improved remarkably, because of the weak interface combination of cement, mud cakes, and formations according to the research. So to realize the overall curing cement of the three parts is the fundamental way to solve the problem of two-interface of cementing in Shengli Oilfield. Based on the theory of turing mud cakes into gel cakes, the main factors that influence the quality of ttwo-interface cementing are analyzed, research and development is conducted on the slurry system and main techniques for improving the quality of two-interface cementing. Furthermore, in this paper the principal rules and research process of the theory are introducted. The theory has been applied for the first time to Shengli Oilfield, providing a novel solution to improve the quality of two-interface cementing.
