在油水井老井眼中进行开窗侧钻形成的侧钻井,产量通常较低,为提高效益需采取活动捞油方式采油。针对常规捞油技术只能在单一管柱中进行捞油的不足,研究了可满足侧钻井捞油的变径井捞油工具,该工具解决了侧钻井井口较高、地层能量小、液面比低、下面液体排不出来的难题,充分有效地将部分产量低、无法正常投产而闲置下来的侧钻井利用起来。现场应用表明,这种捞油技术可使工具下得去、起得出、封得严、耐得久,工人劳动强度低,生产效率高,可进一步推广应用。
Oil production is low by using the side tracked hole(STH)technology developed from sidetrack drilling in boreholes of old wells. Therefore, adjustable pumping methods are adopted to improve oil production. In view of the shortcomings of conventional pumping technologies that can only pump with a simple pipe string, an adjustable pumping tool that can meet the requirement of STH pumping is developed, which helps solve the difficulties of higher wellhead, low formation energy, relatively low liquid level, and difficult drainage of liquid of side tracked hole. Some idle STH with low production are used effectively. The tool has been applied to several wells so far. It is shown that the new tool can be tripped in, pulled out, preferable isolation, and long-standing resistance. Also the labor intensity of workers gets low, production efficiency is improved. It can be used further.
