井筒胶皮打捞技术的研究与应用

胶皮落井给修井作业带来了诸多困难。?有的胶皮打捞工具针对性差,处理成功率低。分别针对大块胶皮、小胶皮和井筒炮眼内胶皮设计了胶皮捞筒、笔尖式胶皮抽吸筒和锯齿切割打捞器等3种专用打捞工具及配套打捞工艺。2008年应用新工具进行了30口井的作业,一次打捞成功率达90%,比以前提高近30个百分点,而且缩短了施工周期,降低了作业成本,具有良好的推广前景。
Paker rubber falling down into the well brings a lot of difficulties to the downhole service. The original tools of rubber processing are poor pertinence, low success rate of fishing, and the effect is not ideal. Therefore, by improving the tools, the technology of rotating, pumping and cutting fishing is practiced, which significantly improves the success rate of rubber fishing, shortens the construction period, and reduces the operation cost.
