针对常规过平衡钻井和欠平衡钻井(UBD )在实际的钻井工程作业中有许多需要克服和完善的地方,近几年国外在 实际生产中为了完善钻井工艺和技术,在常规过平衡钻井和欠平衡钻井的基础上发展了压力管理钻井(MPD ),国内称为压力 控制钻井,并在一些地区得到了实际的生产应用,效果很好,其实际生产应用前景很广阔。压力管理钻井中的核心部分就是对 于井底压力的控制,不同的钻井工艺对于压力的控制方式不同,介绍了几种井底压力的控制方式,分析了其优劣势,为其现场的 进一步应用提供了借鉴。
There are many problems in conventional overbalance drilling and underbalance drilling (UBD) in the actual well drill- ing engineering. To improve the drilling technologies used in actual production, the pressure-management drilling (MPD) has been developed on the basis of conventional overbalance drilling and UBD abroad in the past few years, which is named as pressure-control drilling in China and has been applied to actual production. Good results have been obtained, indicating that it has broad prospect for actual production. The core of MPD is to control the bottomhole pressure. The pressure-control methods vary from different drilling processes. In this paper, several methods to control the bottomhole pressure are emphatically introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of them are analyzed as well. This can be good reference to their further application to the ield.
