摘要
长庆油田水平井在老油田部署较多,受施工地形条件和周围邻井限制,钻进过程防碰问题特别突出,采取有效的防 碰技术是决定水平井施工的成败。马岭油田是长庆油田公司20 世纪70 年代开发的老油田,南平1 井为马岭油田防碰绕障的 典型水平井,为保证施工质量和安全,对防碰资料进行了分析,找出防碰绕障的难点及重点,在施工前进行了相关模拟防碰数据 预算,优选出最佳防碰绕障方案。根据方案选择适当的钻头、钻具和工具仪器进行施工,按防碰绕障方案有效控制轨迹。使用 该防碰技术后,该井井眼防碰绕障非常成功,而且井眼轨迹平滑,做到了精准入窗,保证了后续施工顺利进行,提高了钻井速度。该技术在长庆马岭油田水平井推广应用效果明显。
Abstract
Many horizontal wells deployed by the Changqing Oilield in old oilields, the construction is inluenced by the ter- rain conditions and restrictions around adjacent wells. During the process of drilling, anti-collision problems occur prominently, so the method of effective anti-collision determines the success of horizontal well construction. Maling Oilield has been explored by Changq- ing Oilield Company since 1970’s. Nanping 1 well is a typical horizontal well of anti-collision and barrier bypassing of the oilield. To guarantee the quality and safety of construction, the anti-collision information is analyzed, and the dificulties and focus of the anti-col- lision and barrier bypassing is found out. Before construction, the anti-collision technology and the related information estimation is studied, as a result, the optimal program of anti-collision and barrier bypassing is selected. According to the program, appropriate bits, drilling equipment and tools for drilling operation are selected, so that the trajectory is effectively controlled. The use of the anti-colli- sion technology not only makes the hole drilled very successfully around the barrier, but also makes the well trajectory smooth, so as to come into the window precisely, and ensure the smooth construction of the follow-up operation, and then improve the speed of drilling.
