Laboratory study of nitrogen-foam agents proile control technology at heavy oil reservoir in Jinglou Oilield

为了给蒸汽—氮气泡沫调剖技术在井楼油田稠油油藏现场的应用提供理论依据,利用室内物理实验模拟方法,对现 场提供的泡沫剂进行了静态和动态评价,测量不同质量分数和气液比下的发泡剂和氮气的阻力因子,优化出适合现场使用的最 佳起泡剂质量分数为0.4%~0.5%,最佳气液比1 ∶1,筛选出适合伴蒸汽注入的泡沫体系。使用并联填砂管分别模拟渗透率级差 5 和10 的非均质储层,开展了氮气泡沫连续注入和周期段塞注入实验,优选出最佳氮气泡沫段塞注入参数0.05 PV。为正确进 行工艺设计提供了指导性意见。
This paper provides theoretical basis for the heavy oil reservoir in Jinglou Oil ield using of steam-Nitrogen foam agents. By means of laboratory experiments, static and dynamic evaluation of the foam agents got from oilield were made. The foam agents pa- rameters including surfactant concentration and nitrogen-liquid ratio were optimized. By measuring the consistency and resistance factor of foam agents with different quality score and different nitrogen-liquid ratio, the optical quality score of foam agents is 0.4%~0.5% and the optical nitrogen-liquid ratio is 1:1. Simulating the situation of heterogeneous reservoir in Core/Sand Pack Experiment when the max/min permeability ratio is 5 and 10, the comparison of steam continuous looding and nitrogen-active agents plug steam looding are made to optimize the reasonable operating parameters, the experimental results show that the optical injection parameter of nitrogen-ac- tive agents plug steam looding is 0.05PV.
