Technology of thermal recovery of volcanic high-viscosity reservoirs in Dagang Oilield

大港油田稠油蒸汽吞吐目前尚处于探索阶段。对2 个火成岩油藏区块的4 口井进行了一轮次蒸汽吞吐先导性试验, 通过对注汽过程及油井生产情况的跟踪分析,总结分析了火成岩油藏的蒸汽吞吐规律和存在的一些技术问题。注汽过程中由于汽窜,使相距较远的生产井产生蒸汽驱的效果,受影响邻井注汽完成后产油量明显上升,且有效期较长,但在注汽过程中含水率也上升迅速;汽窜同时会导致部分蒸汽吞吐井有效期短。该工艺的成功实施对火成岩油藏蒸汽吞吐开发有一定的借鉴作用。
The heavy oil steam soak is started rather late in Dagang oilield and is still at the exploratory stage now.After the steam stimulation test of 4 wells in two blocks, it is found that there is the same rules in both the steam injection process and the development effect.Whether the steam injection well is far from or near the oil wells,whose oil rate is enhanced. However, the water cut increases rapidly in the steam injection process, at the same time, there is steam channeling in the steam injection process. This paper summarizes the steam soak rules of volcanic reservoir and a number of technical problems.By summing up these rules, it is hoped to use as a reference to the steam soak of the volcanic heavy oil reservoirs in Dagang Oilield.
