油田钻井固控技术新概念浅析

New concepts concerning solid control technology in oil drilling engineering

固控系统是保证油田钻井顺利进行的关键设备,直接影响到钻井速度、井身质量及运行成本。随着钻井新技术的应用,对钻井液的固相控制提出了更高的要求。分析了国内外钻井液固控技术的现状,指出了目前油田钻井固控系统存在的不足,提出了新型固控技术的开发要点。新型固控技术主要涉及系统简化和优化、先除气再筛分、改部分处理为全处理、选择性固相控制、钻屑在线处理以及钻井液回收利用等方面。新技术的应用将使钻井液固控系统具有高效、节能、环保的优点,并且能够显著地提高机械钻进速度。
The solid control system is the key equipment in oil drilling engineering, which exerts direct effect on the drilling speed,the hole quality and the cost. With the development of the drilling technology, higher level solid control is demanded. This paper analyzesthe current state and the defects of the solid control system now used. The key points to improve the solid control system are pointedout, including simplification and optimization of the system, sieving process after degassing, full processing of the mud, selective solidcontrol, dewatering of drill cuttings, and recovery of the drilling fluid. High process efficiency, low energy consume, little pollution andhigh drilling speed can be expected when these new solid control technologies are used.
