关于国内尾管悬挂器技术发展问题的思考

A consideration on the development of liner hanger technologies in China

针对尾管悬挂器技术在国内深井超深井钻井中面临的新挑战,回顾了国内尾管悬挂器技术的发展历史,分析了技术现状。指出今后在尾管悬挂器研究中要特别关注5 方面因素的影响,并要着重解决旋转、液压丢手、抗高温、防碰、防腐、增大过流面积等6 大关键技术问题。同时,提出了今后应重点发展多功能组合式尾管悬挂器和可膨胀式尾管悬挂器的建议。
China’s liner hanger technology is confronting new challenges during deep and ultra-deep well drilling. This paperreviews the development history of the technology and analyzes the present situation. In addition, this paper summarizes five typicalchallenges during deep and ultra-deep well drilling and points out six key problems in rotation, hydraulic release, high temperatureresistance, slip-bar protection, corrosion resistance and large bypass area, to be resolved during liner hanger research and development.Finally, this paper presents that emphasis be laid on the future development of multi-purpose combined liner hangers and expandableliner hangers.
