Quantitative evaluation of factors influencing filtrate loss of high density mud

为了进一步降低高密度钻井液的滤失量,提高其在现场的应用效果,有必要对其中的处理剂加量进行严格控制。分析了膨润土、加重材料、降滤失剂、NaCl和烧碱等处理剂的加量对高密度钻井液滤失量及黏度等流变参数的影响。室内研究结果表明:膨润土含量和加重材料种类对钻井液的滤失量无明显影响,但是加重材料的配比对钻井液的高温高压滤失量影响较大;烧碱含量对滤失量的影响程度最大;高温热滚后pH值控制在8.5~9.5时滤失量最小;降滤失剂和NaCl对钻井液滤失量的影响较小。该研究成果为高密度钻井液在现场的成功应用提供了可靠依据。
In order to further reduce the high density fluid loss and raise the application effect, the finish level for the high density mud should be strict control. Based on a lot of experiments, this file analyzes the influences regular pattern and incidence caused by the contents of bentonite, adding product, fluid loss agent, NaCl and caustic soda. The result shows that the contents of caustic soda is the main factor of influencing the mud filtration, secondly the fluid loss agent and NaCl, but the contents of bentonite and the kind of weighting materials have no obvious effect on the mud filtration. Controlling the pH between 8.5 and 9.5 after heating with high temperature we will got the minimum fluid loss. The results will provide reliable foundation for successful field application.
