针对中海油-缅甸合作区M区块地层孔隙压力和坍塌应力高等复杂情况,开展了高密度钻井液技术研究。分析了高密度钻井液技术难点:膨润土含量、抑制性、加重材料和沉降稳定性,优选出高密度钻井液配方,对其在不同密度下的常规性能、不同膨润土含量对钻井液流变性的影响、抑制性进行了室内实验。结果表明,所优选的高密度钻井液具有较好的流变性、沉降稳定性和抑制性。该高密度钻井液在RM19-3-1井的成功应用表明,该技术可在缅甸合作区M区块进一步推广应用。
Considering the complicated conditions of Block M in the cooperation area between CNOOC and Burma, such as the high formation porosity pressure and caving pressure, technical research of high density drilling fluid is conducted, as well as the technical difficulties are analyzed. The drilling fluid formulation is optimized, on the basis of the research on its bentonite content, inhibitor, weighting material, and sedimentation stability. Barites and ground iron ore are selected for weighting materials. Experimental results show that the optimized high density drilling fluid features in good rheological property, sedimentation stability and rejection capability. The high density drilling fluid technology has been applied to RM19-3-1 well successfully.
