高压气井在大修过程中存在着压井困难、井喷井涌风险大、储层保护困难等问题,因此很少进行大修作业,一般采用侧钻方式恢复生产,但侧钻费用高,周期长。为解决这些问题,采用了树型选择性修井设计、水凝胶暂堵技术、录井气全量监测技术、新型套铣工具及优化套铣参数软件技术等4项新技术。通过4项新技术的应用,取得了压井一次成功,套铣打捞落鱼一次成功,排除了井喷井涌的风险并保护了气生产层。该井大修作业的成功为同类气井修井作业及完井提供了宝贵的经验。
There exist a lot of difficulties during workover of high pressure gas wells, such as the difficult well killing, high risk of blowout, difficult reservoir protection. To solve these problems, four new technologies are used, including the selective tree-like workover designing technology, the temporary plugging technology using hydrogel, the technology for monitoring gas content in logging process, the technology for developing new type washover tools and software which can optimize washover parameters. Through the application of the technologies, one success is achieved in killing wells and fishing the lost items. What’s more, the hazard of blowout is prevented and the gas producing zone is protected. The workover experience in the well can be good reference to the workover and completion of similar gas wells in the future.
