为了开采复杂油藏,采用了阶梯式水平井完井方式。阶梯式水平井完井工艺要求阶梯注水泥封固油、水层和阶梯筛管完井,而普通管外封隔器(ECP)不能应用于水平井的选择性完井。通过改进封隔器结构、选用压差式分级箍和自动灌浆单向阀,调整不同压力级别,选择和改进套管工具附件,完善筛管顶部注水泥工艺,取得了特殊完井固井成功,满足了选择性完井和多方式开采的需要,也解决了阶梯式水平井完井底部低压易漏油层水泥浆污染和水泥浆固死筛管问题。可以进一步推广应用到其他油田复杂油藏的开发中。
The step horizontal well completion system is employed to carry out the production of complex reservoirs. The completion technology has two requirements: firstly, step cementing of the water/oil bed; secondly, step screen completion. However, the commonly used ECP can not be applied to the selective horizontal well completion. Through improving the packer structure, using the differential sizing collar and the automatic cementing one-way valve, adjusting different pressure, special completion and cementing is fulfilled. Field application shows that the full rubber ECP meets the requirement of selective completion and multi-way production and solves the problem of the cement pollution in undersaturated reservoirs at the bottom of the step horizontal well completion and the screen cementing. The selection and improvement of the casing tools is favorable for improving the screen top cementing technologies.
