Application of reaming while drilling tools in Shengli Oilfield

针对胜利油田井身结构不合理、固井环空间隙小、盐膏层地层安全钻进等技术难题,研发了4种适应于不同复杂情况的随钻扩眼工具:SJK系列机械式扩眼工具、SPK双心式随钻扩眼工具、SYK系列压差式随钻扩眼工具、YK系列液压式扩眼工具。介绍了各种扩眼工具的结构原理、特点及其现场应用情况,分析了不同井况下随钻扩眼钻进时的钻具组合方案,提出了各种复杂井况下适宜的随钻扩眼工具及最佳钻具组合。现场应用表明,这4种随钻扩眼工具能够取得较好的应用效果。
In view of the technical problems such as the irrational casing program, the small cementing annular clearance, the safe drilling in the gypsum formation, the Shengli Oilfield Drilling Institute develops four kinds of reaming while drilling tools suitable for different complicated conditions. The structural principle, characteristics, and field application of all reaming tools are introduced in detail. The bottomhole assembly (BHA) scheme during the process of reaming while drilling in different wells is analyzed. Appropriate reaming while drilling tools and the optimal BHA suitable for all complicated wells are developed. Field application shows that better results can be obtained by using the five kinds of reaming while drilling tools.
