生产及防砂管柱遇卡是油田生产中常遇到的修井作业难题，为了能够在不使用钻井平台的情况下完成大修作业，液压举升器成为解决目前石油平台使用紧张状况非常有效的设备。介绍了JK-120型液压举升器的使用特点，结合JK-120型举升器在渤海SZ36-1J16井的现场成功应用，阐述了该设备的现场操作规程及作业过程中的风险评价内容。现场使用结果表明，液压举升器在修井解卡作业中操作简便、安全、成本低，市场前景广阔，经济效益十分显著。

The sticking of the production and sand control pipe strings is a common problem occurring during workover. The hydraulic lifting jack gets critical to fulfill the major workover without using the drilling platform. The characteristics of using the JK-120 hydraulic lifting jack are introduced. Combined with the successful field application of the lifting jack to the Bohai SZ36-1J16 well, the risk evaluation on the using of the lifting jack is discussed. Field application shows that the lifting jack features in easy and secure operation and low cost during the process of removing sticking. It has broad prospect in the market and has great economic results.
