摘要
目前世界上的油气资源主要来自海相盆地,而国内海相的勘探开发程度还很低。近年来,塔里木盆地、四川盆地等海相相继发现了大型油气田,加速了海相油藏的勘探开发。海相勘探开发是一个世界性技术难题。针对埋藏深、超深井、长裸眼、压力高、多套压力层系、井身结构复杂、含有害气体等特点,详细地介绍了海相油藏勘探开发的技术难点,并开展了海相超深井完井固井工艺、工具、水泥浆体系及其配套技术研究,通过在现场有针对性的应用,取得了较好的效果,为国内海相油气田的完井固井工艺提供了一定的技术支持。
Abstract
At present, most oil and gas resources in the world is discovered in marine basins. However, the degree of marine exploration and development is much lower in China. In recent years, the exploration and development of marine oil reservoirs have been accelerated based on the discovery of large scale oil and gas fields in Tarim and Sichuan Basins. Marine exploration and development is an international technical problem. In view of the characteristics of marine reservoirs such as the large burial depth, the long bare hole, the high pressure, the complicated casing program, the multiple formation pressure gradients and the containing of harmful gas, the technical problems in exploration and development of marine oil reservoirs are introduced in detail, and the research on the ultra deep well completion and cementing processes, tools, the cement slurry system, and their support technologies are conducted. Good field application results have been obtained, providing technical support for the completion and cementing processes used in domestic marine oil and gas fields.
