渤海湾地质油藏条件复杂，中小型边际油田多，所产原油多为重质稠油，导致渤海油田普遍存在开发难度大、单井产能低的现象。为此，提出采用优快钻完井技术和水平井钻完井技术进行开发，研究了水平井开发所具有的突出优势和需运用的关键技术。旅大4-2油田为典型的边际油田，该油田充分运用水平井钻井技术、疏松砂岩油层保护技术、“适度防砂”技术以及控制生产压差排液及投产等技术，达到了油田高产和稳产的目标。该技术已在渤海湾其他边际油气田得到推广应用。

Complex conditions of geological reservoirs, many medium and small marginal oilfield and heavy viscous crude oil as the mostly produced in Bohai Bay lead to such phenomena in Bohai oilfield as big difficulty in the development and low single well production. Therefore,optimized and fast drilling and horizontal well completion technology is put forward,the outstanding advantages and key technology needed in horizontal development are researched. Lvda 4-2 oilfield, as typical marginal oilfield, makes full use of many technologies such as horizontal well drilling, unconsolidated sandstone protection, moderate sand control, discharging fluid and putting into production by pressure difference control, and so on, achieving the goal of high and stable yield in oilfield, which have widely promotion and application in other marginal oil and gas fields in Bohai Bay.
