摘要
南海北部湾海域涠洲组硬脆性泥页岩地层水敏性极强,以前使用常规水基钻井液钻井,经常发生井壁坍塌、卡钻等复杂事故。在2007年进行的WZH6-9-3探井作业中,选用了一种新型的水基钻井液SMB糖甙钻井液体系,该钻井液不但具有优良的抑制性和润滑性,而且还能满足环保排放的要求,非常适合水敏性地层的钻井作业。虽然,SMB钻井液体系具有很多优点,但是其主要成分"糖甙"对固井水泥浆却有很强的缓凝作用,这给后续的完井作业,特别是固井带来了非常严重的影响。在这口探井的?244.48 mm油层套管固井中,针对上述固井难点,通过大量的室内试验研究,筛选出了受糖甙钻井液影响小的水泥浆体系,并研制开发了一种专门针对糖甙钻井液的新型前置冲洗液。该井段固井施工顺利,固井质量优良,完全满足测试要求。
Abstract
For strong water sensitive of hard and brittle shales of Weizhou formation in Beibu gulf sea area of the South China Sea,the complicated accidents such as borehole collapse,drill pipe sticking,and so on usually happed before drilling by conventional water-based drilling fluids.In 2007,a new type water-based fluid named SMB glycoside drilling fluids system is selected in WZH6-9-3 exploratory well operation.The new type fluid which is not only of good inhibition and lubricity but also can meet environmental emission requirement is very suitable for drilling operation of water sensitive formation.Although SMB drilling fluid system is of many merits,its main component glycoside is of strong retarding effect on cementing slurry,which brings very serious influence for subsequent completion,especially cementing.In cementing with ?244.48 mm casing of this exploration well,in view of the above cementing difficulties,studies many laboratories,selected cement slurry system influenced little by glycoside drilling fluid and developed a new type prepositive flush fluid especially for glycoside drilling fluid.Finally,by the above cementing technical measures,the cementing in the well section has smooth construction and good cementing quality,meeting test requirements completely.
