Research and application of underground pressure boosting and water injection techniques of inversion type submersible electric pump

涠洲12-1N油田是注水开发油田,地饱压差大。该油田注水水源由涠洲12-1A平台提供,管网注水压力14 MPa,在该注入压力下,注水量有限,注采比仅为0.25。为满足注采要求,必须进行增压注水(净增压值7 MPa),但由于受平台空间的限制,地面增加设备非常困难。提出了运用潜油电泵"倒置"于注水井井筒中,将14 MPa注水源增压至21 MPa来实现增压注水的方案。现场实验结果表明,涠洲12-1-B15井注水量由330 m3/d增加至1100 m3/d,满足了注采要求。该研究成果填补了国内海上油田井下倒置式潜油电泵增压注水的空白。
Weizhou12-1N is the oilfield of water injection development with big pressure differential between static and saturation pressure.The injected water source is supplied by Weizhou12-1A platform.And the water pressure of pipe network is 14 MPa,under which the water injection rate is limited,with only 0.25 injection-production ratio.In order to satisfy the injection and mining requirement,pressure boosting and water injection must be done(The net pressure boosting is 7 MPa).However,for the restriction of platform space,increasing equipment on ground is very difficult.The plan increasing the pressure of injected water source to 21 MPa to achieve pressure boosting and water injection by electric submersible pump inverted in the shaft of injecting well.The result of field test shows that,the water injection rate of Weizhou12-1-B15 well increasing from 330 m3/d to 1100 m3/d meets the requirement of injection and mining.The research result fills in the blank of underground pressure boosting and water injection of inversion type submersible electric pump in offshore oilfield in domestic.
