同心集成细分注水工艺在海上油田的应用

南海西部注水开发油田的注水井大都为大斜度、中深井,且具有注水量大,注水层数多,配注层温度高等特点,偏心配水和滑套笼统注水都无法满足油田注水要求。研制开发出适合于海上油田的同心集成细分注水工艺,该技术实现了在?177.8 mm套管里用?88.9 mm油管分6层段注水的细分注水工艺,最小卡距2 m并能进行产液剖面的动态监测。原吸水较少的层位注水量得到加强,原吸水量大的层位注水量得到有效控制,达到了油藏要求的"细到单一小层,控到水量随时调配"的目标。该技术在海上油田的注水开发中具有十分广阔的应用前景,对于注水开发油田的注采平衡,保持油田稳产具有十分重要的意义。
Water injection wells in western South China Sea are mostly with high angle deviated and medium-deep.Eccentric injection and sliding sleeve commingled water injection cannot meet the needs of injection for the reservoir which has characters of large injection flow rate,big numbers of beds and high temperature.A technique of concentric integrated subdivision water injection suitable for offshore field was developed.It can inject 6 beds separately with ?88.9 mm tube in ?177.8 mm casing.Dynamic monitoring of liquid producing profile could be made with slip range only 2 m long.Injection flow rate of zones which has little water absorption before was enhanced and those have large water absorption were effectively controlled.The reservoir injection goal of sub-layer being injected independently and water being allocated at time was thus achieved.This technique has a wide application foreground for water injection in offshore fields.It can maintain the injection and withdrawal balance as well as the stable production.
