DF气田是中国海上第一个自营大气田。该气田开发所面临的主要困难是储量规模和叠合含气面积大,但储量丰度低;储层非均质性很强,储层物性为中孔、中低渗或为低阻气层;气藏类型为边、低水气藏,以中、低产能为主。为此,提出在DF气田采用水平井开发,研究了水平井开发所具有的突出优势和需运用的关键技术。通过综合研究和加强随钻分析及生产管理,运用相关关键技术把DF气田水平井开发的优势转化成实实在在的效果。该气田全部27口水平井的实钻资料、投产测试结果以及投产后的生产数据表明:其设计、实施和生产均满足ODP要求,可实现向下游用户长期稳定供气。
DF gas field is the first offshore self-operation giant gas field in China.The main difficulty in development of the gas field is large area of reservoir scale and congruent with gas but low reserve abundance.The reserve is of strong heterogeneity,and the reservoir property is medium pore,medium-low permeability or low-resistivity gas reservoir.The type of gas reservoir is gas reservoir with edge water and low water,mainly in medium and low productivity.Therefore,horizontal well development in DF gas field is put forward,the outstanding advantages and key technology needed in horizontal development are researched.By comprehensive research and strengthening analysis while drilling and production management,the advantage of horizontal well development in DF gas field is transformed into real effects by relevant key techniques.The real drilling data of 27 horizontal wells all in the gas field,commission test results and production data after production show that the design,implementation and production meet the requirement of ODP and long time high yield and stable gas supply for downstream users may be achieved.
