涠西南地区地质情况复杂、钻井难度较大,其中涠洲组二段和流沙港组二段的页岩极易垮塌。由于其沉积条件的不同,每个区块涠二、流二段的物性及垮塌程度也不尽相同。在涠洲12-1N,涠洲11-4D区块钻井过程中出现的复杂情况较多,目前在涠西南地区生产井仍然采用强封堵性的油基钻井液来完成。随着钻井液技术的发展,通过近几年的摸索和试验,在涠西南地区使用强封堵性水基钻井液钻探探井的成功率越来越高,技术也日趋成熟。就近年来涠西南地区使用水基钻井液钻探探井的技术作一番探讨,以便为现场进一步应用提供经验。

Geology in southwest Wei is very complicated,and it is relatively difficult to drill wells there.Shale of Wei and Liu formation 2 series is quite easy to collapse.Also,because of their different deposition conditions,physical property and collapsing degree of the rock vary from each other.Unexpected conditions happened often in the process of drilling in Weizhou12-1N and Weizhou11-4D block.Nowadays,hi-strength sealing petroleum based hydraulic fluid is still used when drilling in southwest Wei zone.With the development of drilling fluid technology,returns ratio of drilling exploration well with hi-strength sealing water base drilling fluid becomes higher and higher by the technique improvement.The techniques of drilling exploration well with hi-strength sealing water base drilling fluid in southwest Wei zone were summed here to supply experience for its further use in field.
