摘要
卡钻是钻井过程中常见的一种事故,随着井下仪器的日益昂贵,卡钻所带来的损失越来越大。介绍了一种在实践过程中摸索出来的全新的解卡技术,该技术通过先下入无接箍套管,边下套管边清洁环空,至套管鞋处,进行了长时间循环清砂,然后开泵下?244.48mm套管进入裸眼段,采用下入一点提拉几次的方法,最后达到解卡的目的,为以后类似事故提供了一种新的解卡思路及方法。
Abstract
Bit freezing is a constant accident in drilling.With the price of down-hole tool getting higher and higher,the loss of stickiness is becoming bigger.A totally new back off technology developed in field practice was introduced here.It was to trip in flush casing first and clean the annular in the process.When the casing came to baker shoe,pump was put on and ?244.48 mm casing was run in after circulating clean out for a long time.Then the way of tripping a little in casing by drawing several times was adopted to release the freezing.By this way,the down hole logging instruments which worth of ten millions Yuan was saved as well as providing a new stuck freeing idea and method.
