Research on hydraulic direction technology for horizontal drilling of coal bed methane

针对原有的煤层气近水平孔钻进纠偏方法存在操作不方便、易卡钻或者价格昂贵等不足,提出了一种全新的近水平孔钻进水力纠偏技术。分析了水力碎岩的破坏形式,通过理论推导确定了水力纠偏的喷嘴计算方法及喷射压力与泵量的关系,通过工程实践取得了两组纠偏进尺与泵量、冲击次数、射流时间等工艺参数的关系数据。结果表明,理论推导与实践是相互吻合的,在工程中的成功应用也证明了这种新型的煤层气增产技术用于生产实际的可行性。在煤层中使用该纠偏技术,在保证钻孔质量的同时,可极大地降低近水平孔钻进纠偏成本。
This paper puts forward a new-type hydraulic direction technology for the horizontal drilling of coal bed methane(CBM) based on the deficiencies of the original direction methods such as the inconvenient operation,the jamming of the drilling tool,or the expensive price etc..It firstly analyzes the style of hydraulic rock fragmentation,deduces the computing expressions for the hydraulic injecting nozzle and the relationship between ejecting pressure and pump output.Further,it obtains two groups of data for correction distance and pump output,attacking times,and ejecting time,which shows the compatibility between theory and practice.The feasibility using in practical production of the hydraulic direction technology,one of the increasing production technologies of CBM,is proved through by theory and practice research.It will greatly reduce the cost on rectifying the deviation of the drilling and ensure the drilling quality.
