针对有杆抽油设计过程中易忽略其系统性而导致系统效率低的实际情况,基于系统协调工作原理提出以经济指数最小为目标的有杆抽油系统优化设计方法。在确定所选模型对单井计算所产生的误差限的基础上,从产层流入动态入手,依据配产确定井底流压,结合套压拟合油套环空压力梯度确定动液面深度,进而确定泵挂深度,合理设计组合杆柱,预测动态参数,利用预测示功图进行抽油机平衡调节。新疆采油一厂应用实例表明:采用有杆抽油系统优化设计后系统效率提高了14.7个百分点,降低了综合成本,获得明显的经济效益。
In view of the low efficiency of the sucker-rod pumping system,a new optimal design method taking the economic index as an optimal object is given to ensure the sucker-rod pump system to work harmoniously.Firstly the error limit of single-well calculation using the selected model is established.Secondly aimed oil production is given to get FB-HP by Inflow Performance Relationship curve.Then pressure distribution for the annulus is calculated to establish the depth of production fluid level and the pump setting depth is obtained.Composite rod string is designed.The performance parameters and dynamometer card are calculated.At last,the balance of pumping unit is adjusted according to the design system.The application result in the First Production Plant of Xinjiang Oilfield shows that the efficiency of mechanical oil recovery system using the new design method is raised by 14.7%.The electric energy consumption of the optimally designed wells is reduced,and great economic benefit is achieved.
