摘要
在注聚流程中,缔合聚合物溶液从配注设备注入井口到最终从生产井产出,经历一个较长的过程,这个过程对缔合聚合物溶液的黏度老化提出了要求,即聚合物溶液在从生产井流至地面之前,聚合物溶液的黏度应保持在某个范围,否则将影响其提高采收率的效果。为此,研究了缔合聚合物溶液黏度的影响规律,研究认为,在渤海SZ36-1油田油藏条件下,影响缔合聚合物溶液黏度老化的关键因素是地层水中钙镁离子浓度较高,地层水中其他离子和溶解氧不是影响缔合聚合物溶液黏度老化的关键因素。当水溶液中钙离子的含量低于400 mg/L、镁离子的含量低于250 mg/L时,缔合聚合物溶液稳定性较好,并且在老化初期(40 d内),其溶液出现高温增黏现象。
Abstract
It takes a long time to inject association polymer solution(APS) from injection allocation apparatus into wellhead and finally yield it from oil wells.It requires a lot on the viscosity aging of APS,i.e.,the APS viscosity should be kept within a certain range before it flows from wells to surface.Otherwise its EOR effect will be lowered.So the effect law of APS viscosity is studied.The result shows that it is not other ions or dissolved oxygen but the calcium and magnesium ions in formation water of reservoirs in Bohai SZ36-1 oilfield that mainly influence the aging of APS viscosity.APS is more stable when the calcium and magnesium ions of aqueous solution are lower than 400 mg/L and 250 mg/L respectively.It features in high temperature and viscosity increment in the initial stage of aging(within 40 days).
