摘要
为了解决含油污泥的处理问题,在对现河采油厂的含油污泥进行成分分析和粒径测定的基础上,以含油污泥为主剂、稀土矿粉为固化剂,研制了一种含油污泥堵剂。通过抗压强度的测试,该堵剂养护3 d的抗压强度在1 MPa以上。封堵性能实验结果表明,该调剖剂岩心封堵率在99%以上,突破压力在8 MPa以上,具有较高的封堵强度。耐冲涮实验表明,在经过200℃水蒸汽冲刷100倍后,渗透率和堵塞率均没有大的变化,说明该调剖剂具有较强的耐高温性能。研制的含油污泥调剖剂可以用于注水井的调剖、蒸汽吞吐井的封堵汽窜,预期现场应用会有较好的效果。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem on oily sludge settlement,a kind of oily plugging agent,whose compressive strength for fostering 3 d is above 1 MPa by compressive strength test with oily sludge as main agent and rare earth powder as curing agent,is developed on basis of component analysis and diameter determination of oily sludge in Xianhe oil extracton.The profile control agent is of higher blocking strength with over 99% rock core blocking rate and 8 MPa above breakthrough pressure.Erosion-resistant experiment shows that,both penetration and blocking rate are without big change after being eroded 100 doubles by 200℃ steam,which demonstrates the profile control agent has relatively strong high temperature-resistance performance.Profile control agent of oily sludge developed can be used in profile control of water injection wells and channeling plugging of huff and puff wells,which is expected to have good results in field application.
