Cementing technology of Well Tashen-1

塔深1井是一口特深科学探索井,因井深引发的各种问题极大地增加了固井的风险。为提高固井质量,保证各开套管安全下送到位,采用内插法固井解决了超大套管固井的窜槽问题;采用单级双封固井工艺解决了超长易漏封固段固井质量、水泥浆密度与漏失的矛盾;采用先悬挂后回接的固井工艺实现超长管柱固井作业;采用塑性防窜超低密度水泥浆体系解决了恶性漏失地层的固井漏失问题;采用防塌、防气窜、抗高温水泥浆体系,解决了超深井段所固有的超高压、超高温引发的固井难题。塔深1井各开固井的优质的完成,为后继测试作业提供了较好的完井条件,也为其他超深井固井作业提供了宝贵的经验。
Well Tashen-1 is an ultra-deep scientific groping well.The risk of cementing caused by ultra-depth gets higher.In order to ensure cementing quality and finish the casing running perfectly,the interpolation method is applied to the course of cementing,by which the channeling problem of super-large casing can be solved.The contradiction between cement density,cementing quality and leak in the hole can be solved by using the technology of single stage double plugging.The cementing in the range of over-long hole is realized based on applying the cementing technology of hanging firstly and then tiebacking.The difficulty of leak formation in cementing is settled by applying anti-channeling plastic cement slurry system of ultra-low density.The cementing problems caused by such inherent features of ultra-deep well sections as ultra-high temperature and pressure are solved by using the anti-sloughing and anti-channeling cement slurry system resisting high temperature.The successful cementing of Well Tashen-1 in all spuding provides favorable conditions for subsequent and also provides a valuable case-history example for the testing operation of other ultra-deep wells.
