空心抽油杆注蒸汽伴热是一种适用于开采高凝固点、高黏度原油的实用技术。为了减少该工艺的能量消耗,提高生产能力和经济效益,对注蒸汽参数进行设计,同时引入优化算法节省优化时间。以能耗最低为目标,以井筒温度不低于拐点温度为约束,建立了空心抽油杆注蒸汽伴热工艺的优化目标函数。考虑到该伴热工艺的井筒温度分布数学模型是具有半隐式边界条件的常微分非线性方程组,采用数值方法求解的时间较长,从而导致注汽参数优化设计的时间更长,因此,引入带约束的遗传算法对循环热流体的参数进行了优化设计。实例验证表明,进行参数优化设计后,能耗降低明显,经济效益增加显著;并且由于遗传算法的引入,使得计算时间大大减少。
Steam heating system of hollow sucker rod is a practical technique suitable for the production of high pour-point and high viscosity oil.But up to now,no reliable and systematic optimization method is applied well in site.For the purpose of decreasing energy consumption,increasing the economic benefit and cutting down the time of calculation,research on parameter optimization of the technique is presented in the paper.Firstly,this paper presents a parameter optimization model of the technique,in which the least cost is taken as objective function and the restriction of the crude oil’s temperature being not lower than inflection temperature as constraint condition.Secondly,numerical calculation method is adopted here to solve the mathematical model of temperature field since the model is a normal differential and non-linear equation group under the condition of half-concealed edge and its analytical solution is difficult to obtained.Considering that numerical calculation is time-consuming,leading a much long needed time of parameter optimizing,genetic algorithm with restrictions is adopted to optimize the injection parameters.The results show that the optimization based on numerical solution and genetic algorithm may shorten the calculation time and cut down the cost of energy obviously.
