摘要
封堵球分层压裂时,为了使暂堵球按照施工泵注程序对射孔孔眼进行封堵和解封,需要对压裂施工的泵注排量提出要求。在以往的投球分压中,排量的确定带有一定的盲目性。为了克服这种盲目性,在对堵塞球作用机理研究的基础上,针对川西气田实际情况,建立了投球分压排量控制方程,确定了在不同射孔长度时的控制排量,形成了投球分压最小排量控制技术,并通过现场应用取得了较好的效果,对投球分层压裂设计及施工具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract
While conducting hydraulic fracturing,the flow rate is required to be controlled to enable the ball-off to block off and uncord the eyelet based on the stimulation process.To overcome the blindness in selecting flow rate in the traditional ball-off fracturing of separate layers,this paper studies the mechanism of ball sealers,sets up the flow rate control equation of ball-off fracturing of separate layers by taking the practical situation of the gas field in western Sichuan into account,determines the control flow rate at different perforation quantity,forms control techniques of minimal flow rate for ball-off fracturing of separate layers.Good results have been obtained in field application,which will be a good reference to the design and operation of ball separate-layer fracturing.
