Study on new profile control agents suitable to offshore oilfields and its application

埕岛油田注水开发后水淹严重,但由于地处浅海,实施调剖面临很大的困难。在对多种调剖剂进行适应性分析基础上,研制了基于海水的以改性高分子聚丙烯酰胺为主剂,Cr3+有机铬合物为交联剂,金属离子络合剂为稳定剂的HST-1型调剖剂。实验结果表明,该调剖剂在海水环境中具有成胶时间可控,胶体强度可调,封堵率高等特点。用于CB251A-6井调剖,取得了良好了调剖效果,为在埕岛油田同类型注水井中实施调剖,提供了可借鉴的井例。
This paper describes the difficulty in and necessity of implementing profile control of water injection wells in offshore Chengdao Oilfield.Based on the adaptability analysis of several kinds of profile control agents,a new type of briny agent is developed,which consists of modified maeromolecule polyacrylamide and Cr3+organic complex and metallic ion complexing agent.The results show that the crosslinking time can be controlled,the strength of gel can be adjusted,and the plugging rate is high.It is used in Well CB251A-6,good result are obtained.The result also provides good reference to other wells of Chengdao Oilfield.
