吐哈油田长期注水开发后,注入水外源性伤害和地层内源性伤害不断在地层深部累积,采用常规酸化措施效果不理想。为此,通过长岩心污染模拟实验,研究了深部污染的污染特征及酸化解堵机理,通过解堵液缓速和工艺过程的综合应用实现深部解堵。应用AcidGuide专家系统对单井进行全面的污染诊断分析,并进行了参数优化设计,形成了适应吐哈油田深部酸化解堵的技术体系,现场应用取得良好效果,为类似低渗透油藏水井增注措施提供参考。
Due to long-term waterflooding development of Tuha Oilfield,exogenous injury caused by injected water and formation endogenesis injury increasingly accumulate in deep formation.The effect of conventional acidizing treatment is not good.In this paper,long core injury simulation experiment is conducted to research the deep injury characteristics and the plugging removal and acidization mechanism.Deep plugging removal is realized based on the synthetic application of retarded plugging removers and technological process.Diagnosis analysis is made on overall injury of single wells and parameters optimization design is conducted by applying the expert system of AcidGuide.Good effect is achieved in field application,which may be a good reference to intensified injection measures of injection wells in similar low permeability reservoirs.
