摘要
因套管损坏而报废减产的油井在国内外普遍存在,可归为2大类:非泄漏性套损,如径缩、弯曲变形等;泄漏性套损,如破裂、错断等。针对泄漏性套损,研制了一种新的套管补贴方法——燃气动力套管补贴技术。该技术是以含能材料作动力源产生的高温高压气体推动活塞与活塞缸做相对运动,促使加固管上下2端的锥套相对运动,径向扩胀金属锚与金属密封环,使之在套管内壁牢牢坐封,最终将加固管固定在套管破损处,达到补贴的目的。与传统的波纹管补贴和水力补贴技术相比,具有施工工艺简单、技术性能高的优点。在延长油田应用结果表明,燃气动力补贴管的锚定力高于800 kN,耐压值可达25 MPa,成功地修复了套损井、封堵了射孔井段,取得了较好的效果。该技术解决了油田中后期套管破损修复、堵水问题。
Abstract
As of leakage casing,a new casing patch method-gas power casing patch technology-is developed.The high-temperature and high-pressure gas energy produced from energetic materials works as the power source to propel the relative motion of pistons and piston cylinders.Then the taper sleeves at two ends of the reinforced tubes are kept in relative motion.The process makes metal anchors and metal sealing rings be firmly set on the internal wall of the casing through radial expansion.Finally the reinforced tubes are fixed on the casing deformation and make it be well repaired.This new technology has the following advantages of simple operation and good technical performance as compared to the conventional bellows extension casing technology and the water power casing patch technology.The field application in Yanchang Oilfield shows that the anchorage force of gas power patched casing is more than 800 kN and its pressure endurance is as high as 25 MPa.The casing failure wells are repaired and the perforation intervals are sealed successfully.The gas power casing patch technology fills in the technical gap of repairing casing in China and solves the problems of repairing casing fracture and water plugging at the middle and later stages of oilfield development.
