Completion technology of Lin4 ping2 well

林4平2井是华北油田第1口利用割缝筛管带套管外封隔器完井的水平井,该井实钻井眼轨迹在水平段内呈波浪状,且钻遇多处泥岩层段。针对林4平2井的地质特点及实钻井眼轨迹,优选出0.3 mm缝宽、80 mm缝长、30 mm缝间距、40缝/圈缝密度的轴向割缝筛管。为解除钻井滤饼对地层油流通道及割缝筛管的堵塞,避免泥岩段垮塌,设计出封隔二段非主力层段的割缝筛管带套管外封隔器的完井管柱和与之相配套的酸洗、胀封一次管柱。该井投产后,日产油最高达到42 t,为周围同等生产阶段直井的7倍。林4平2井的顺利实施,为今后割缝筛管完井在华北砂岩油藏水平井中的进一步推广应用提供了经验。

A new completion well method is applied in Lin4 ping2 horizontal well at first time,the method is make up of slotted screen with external casing packer.The hole trajectory of Lin4 ping2 well is wavilness,and the formation drilled was composed of much mudstone.A axial slotted screen was selected as a tool avoid sloughing accidents,the slotted screen had slot width 0.3 mm,slot length 80 mm,space between slot 30 mm and slot consistency 40.In order to avoid formation and screen pipe plugging caused by filter cake,slotted screen with external casing packer completion string and acid cleaning inflate packer string were designed,could isolate two sets of no main hydrocarbon source rock.The well maximum oil production is 42 t/d,is seven times of vertical well.Provide experiment for drilling horizontal well of sandstone reservoir in Huabei Oilfield.
