Study about on-line curing technology of hydrophobically associating polymer AP-P4 for flooding

为了解决海上注聚过程中平台空间狭小及承载有限的矛盾,提出了通过增大胶团的比表面积加速聚合物熟化过程的在线熟化技术。利用强制胶团切割原理设计并制作了在线熟化试验装置,在现场放大试验中研究了过滤筛网尺寸、循环过滤次数、预溶胀时间、排量、筛网/静态混合器排列方式、聚合物配制浓度对AP-P4溶解时间的影响规律。试验表明:在完全取消熟化罐的情况下,在线熟化技术可以使AP-P4干粉在35 min内直接在管线中完成熟化过程。在线熟化技术能够简化配聚工艺,大幅度缩短聚合物溶解时间和降低平台承载,是解决海上平台配注问题行之有效的技术方案。
Due to narrow and small space and limited bearing capacity on offshore platform,a new polymer dissolution technology,on-line curing,is put forward that dissolution velocity can be greatly accelerated by increasing specific surface area of polymer swelling-particles.According to the theory of enforced swelling-particles cutting,a set of on-line curing experimental installation has been designed and manufactured.The influence of different kinds of factors,such as size of filter screen,times of cyclic filtrating,pre-swelling time of AP-P4,flow rate of pump,mode of combining filter screen and static mixer and concentration of AP-P4,have been studied in field experiments.Experimental results shows that on-line curing technology can make AP-P4 completely dissolve in pipeline within 35min while abolishing curing-tank thoroughly.It has been proved that the on-line curing technology can simplify process of preparing polymer,shorten dissolution time greatly and decrease bearing capacity of platform effectively and it is feasible for off-shore polymer flooding.
