摘要
油井结蜡一直困扰着油田生产,为此塔里木轮南油田采用一种新的化学生热体系清蜡技术并获得成功。新的化学生热体系利用金属钠和油管中的水发生化学反应,在井筒中产生热量,直接扩散到沉积在油管壁上的石蜡上,达到清蜡目的。通过室内试验和现场应用,证明该技术具有热效率高、成本低、施工安全、操作简便、成功率高等优点。
Abstract
The oil well paraffin removal always affects the production of oil field.Tarim LunLan oil field adopted a new Chem-Thermogenic system in oil well paraffin removal,which had acquired great success on site.The new Chem-Thermogenic system makes use of the chemical reaction between natrium and tubing water,then generates heat which could diffuse to the sedimentous paraffin of the tubing wall.Through lab experiments and field application,the technology is verified to be effective in paraffin removal with the advantage of high thermal efficiency,low cost,safe construction work,simple operation,high success ratio.
