摘要
为了提高胀封工具在高温下的承压能力,满足完井新工艺的实际需要,通过优选胀封工具的胶料制作出了耐高温高压的胀封皮碗;通过对胀封皮碗骨架结构的设计改进,提高了胀封皮碗的硫化效果,同时增强了胀封工具的承压能力;通过对胀封皮碗支承环的设计改进,进一步提高了胀封皮碗的整体承压能力及密封性能,最终研制成功了适用于高温高压井的新型胀封工具。室内试验和4口井的现场应用证明,该胀封工具能够在施工压力40MPa、温度为170℃的环境下正常工作。
Abstract
To satisfy the requirements of completion crafts and improve the pressure-bearing capacity of inflatable packers,a series of improvements were conducted over traditional inflatable packer.The rubber material was optimized to improve its pressure-bearing and temperature-bearing capacity.The design of wrappage skeleton structure was re-designed to enhance the anti-sulfur capacity.The design of wrappage backing ring was also improved to enhance the overall pressure-bearing capacity and sealing performance.Based on these improvements,a new type of inflatable packer for HPHT wells was developed. The field tests show that this inflatable packer could work well under 170℃ and 40 MPa conditions.
