摘要
为了达到保护储层、提高钻井速度和加快徐家围子地区天然气勘探步伐的目的,大庆油田结合徐深21井的具体岩层特征,在2550~2918m井段实施了空气欠平衡钻井技术。由于钻进过程中底层出水,转用充气欠平衡钻井。该井空气欠平衡钻进井段进尺367m,机械钻速12.71m/h,相当于常规钻速6.5倍,充气钻井进尺83m,纯钻20.4h,平均机械钻速4.07m/h,该井段节约钻井时间13.93d,达到了提高钻速的目的,取得了较好的效果。为大庆油田和其他油田提供了宝贵的经验,从设备、技术以及钻井参数方面,对以后的空气钻井提供参考,有利于进一步推进欠平衡钻井技术的应用。
Abstract
In order to protect the reservoir, to improve the drilling rate in Daqing Oilfield and accelerate the exploration speed in Xujiaweizi Area and to think about the real condition in this part, the air under-balanced drilling technique was used in the section from 2550 to 2918 m of Xushen21 well. During the drilling, air-filled under-balanced drilling technique was applied because of having water in the bottom formation.The air under-balanced drilling footage is 387 m, the ROP is 12.71 m/h, it is 6.5 times faster than the normal; the air-filled footage is 83m;drilling time is 20.4 h; average ROP is 4.07 m/h, and 13.93 days is saved. The experiences of under-balanced drilling is obtained and it can supply some reference to other wells in this area. With the equipments, techniques and drilling parameters got from this well.
