Shallow horizontal well technology of trajectory control and casing string running for heavy oil field

采用水平井技术开发克拉玛依浅层稠油可以减少投资、提高原油采收率。克拉玛依稠油油藏普遍埋藏浅,原油黏度高,为了热采的需要,一般采用大尺寸的套管柱。浅层稠油水平井技术要解决在极软地层钻进时井眼轨迹控制和大尺寸套管柱在高曲率井眼中的安全下入等问题。通过优化井眼剖面设计、分析影响井眼轨迹的诸多因素、加强井眼轨迹的测量和计算、使用专用软件分析计算钻柱和套管柱的摩阻、优化钻柱和套管柱结构等技术措施,全部使用国产化的工具、仪器完成了国内垂深138.60 m最浅的水平井。分析了浅层稠油水平井施工所涉及到的井眼轨迹控制和套管柱下入等技术难点,介绍了施工中的关键技术和创新点,为同类型油井的施工提供了经验。
By using horizontal well technology to develop Kramay heavy oil field can reduce investment and get beneficial results.The reservoir of heavy oil in Kramay oil field is shallow and its viscosity is high.For thermal production,high diameter completion pipe is used.When using horizontal well to develop shallow heavy oil,We must to solve these problems: high build rate in big hole,trajectory control in soft formation and big diameter casing run in high dogleg hole.This paper analyzed and introduced the key technology in trajectory control and casing string running technology for shallow horizontal well in heavy oil field,and proposal good experiments for similar project.
