摘要
随着油田的开采,油水井套管损坏日趋严重。简单介绍了常规套管补贴技术以及实体膨胀管补贴技术的应用现状。常规的套管补贴技术如波纹管、厚壁管补贴技术在内通径、补贴强度、补贴长度等方面存在着较大的局限性。实体膨胀管补贴技术通过对补贴管进行全尺寸的膨胀来实现套管补贴的目的,具有通径大、强度高、补贴长度大(达到数百上千米)等诸多优点,对套管损坏的治理具有较强的适应性。胜利石油管理局钻井工艺研究院已完成膨胀管材料、结构、螺纹、悬挂、密封等多方面的研究,井下模拟及现场试验均取得了成功。该技术的研究成功,为油田老井的恢复提供了一套切实可行的技术手段。
Abstract
As the development of the Oilfield,the casing of the wells damaged severely day after day.This article introduced the normal methods of casing damage remediation and solid expandable tubular,especially introduced the developing progress about solid expandable tubing by Shengli Drilling Institute.Because of the restriction of the normal methods just as waved pipes and thick wall pipes in the area of drift ID,strength and length,Shengli Drilling Institute developed a new remediation called solid expandable tubing to remedy the failure casing.The solid expandable tubing can remedy hundreds and even thousands meters of failure casing and got much more ID and strength.The research progress of about solid expandable tubing leaded such area of research.It finished the development of material,structure,connection,hanger,seals of the expandable and so on.It even finished the experiment of the simulation and fields.The success of the development of solid expandable tubing can provide a wide method of remediation of the old wells in the oilfield.
