Gas-lift dewatering technology of Su 4-14 by using gas from adjacent wells

针对深度达到4825 m的苏4-14气井开采中产出液体影响气井生产的问题,借用邻井高压气实施气举排水采气工艺措施,排出井底积液,建立生产压差,恢复气井生产。该井自2005年8月开始气举并恢复生产,到2006年4月增产天然气1.37×107m3,累计采油2.0114×103t。该技术具有投资少、施工周期短的特点,对今后类似气井的复产具有重要的指导意义。
Su 4-14 is a deep gas well with a depth of 4825 m.The output of liquid decreased gas Production greatly.A technical measure was carried out to load the liquid in the wellbore and re-establish production difference,by using gas from adjacent high-pressure gas well.The production of Su 4-14 was resumed after the gas-lift dewatering measure in August,2005,and 1.37×107m3 natural gas and(2.0114)×103 t oil were increased by April,2006.This technology has the characteristics of low-investment and short construction period,which could be popularized to the production restoration of similar gas wells.
