主要从现场施工方面讨论适合渤海区域稠油油田压裂充填防砂经验。压裂充填防砂是砾石充填防砂的一种,不同于致密地层的水力压裂,它主要是解决疏松地层生产出砂和解除或降低钻完井过程中近井筒带的侵入污染问题。压裂充填是在近井筒带形成高渗的短而宽的裂缝跨越侵入带,沟通原本渗透率很高的地层。渤海地区首次应用压裂充填防砂技术,从现场施工过程控制和施工准备工作加以介绍,并总结了施工实践中的关键参数取得途径和施工过程的控制方法,为类似储层完井方式的选择提供参考。
This paper summarized the Frac-packing job in Bohai Bay.The Frac Packing experience is good for petroleum engineers to complete the thick oil wells.Frac-Packing,as one of the well stimulation methods,is not like hydraulic fracturing which is used in hard rock formation.On the contrary,Frac-Packing is used in unconsolidated formation.The width of the fracture is the utmost goal to make skin factor smaller as possible.It creates a short but wide fracture to penetrate near-wellbore zone and connects high permeability formation.This paper presents how Frac-Packing is implemented in Bohai bay.Frac-Packing software and calculations are not discussed in this paper.
