摘要
在推广复合导向钻井技术及新型PDC钻头施工过程中,常常出现动力钻具产生的反扭矩带动钻具逆时针旋转现象,使钻机大绳打扭,将水龙带、有线随钻电缆等缠绕在一起,导致电缆损坏,耽误生产以及导致井下复杂情况发生等严重后果。通过在有线随钻中利用方钻杆柱的方法,即在有线随钻中,根据井架类型,选择2根或3根自加工的方钻杆连接在一起,通过方钻杆和转盘的相互作用,控制螺杆钻具产生的反扭矩,从而避免钻具突然逆时针旋转情况的发生,较好地解决了上述难题,通过在冀中地区的推广应用,使得钻井速度大幅度提高,钻井事故相应地减少,实现了安全、高效钻进,获得了可观的经济效益。
Abstract
In the process of popularizing combined steering drilling technology and new type of PDC,drill string contrarotation occurs from time to time which is caused by reverse torque of downhole motors.As a result,a series of negative consequences will take place such as wire line wringing,wreathe of hose and wired MWD cables,and other downhole accidents.A new method was presented to solve the above-mentioned problem.According to the type of derrick,two or three self-processed kellys were connected together;so the reverse torque caused by the motor can be controlled by the interaction of kelly and rotary table.The onsite application of this technology in Jidong oilfield manifests that drilling speed can be increased and drilling accident drops off dramatically.The goal of drilling safely,effectively and economically can be achieved by popularization of this technology.
